Getting Started

This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get your Jodie AI agent up and running.

1. Create Your Account

If you haven’t already, sign up for a Jodie AI account. Upon registration, you’ll be guided through creating your first company profile.

2. Configure Your Agent

Navigate to the “Training” section in your dashboard. Here, you can define your agent’s personality, objectives, and the specific data you want it to collect. A well-configured agent is key to achieving your goals.

  • Profile: Define the core aspects of your business.
  • Knowledge Base: Provide documents and information for your agent to learn from.

3. Set Up Your Phone Number

You’ll need a dedicated phone number for your AI agent. You can configure this in the settings, connecting your Twilio account or using a number provided by Jodie AI.

4. Explore Developer Tools

Once your agent is configured, it’s time to integrate it with your systems.

  • Webhooks: Head to the Developers -> Webhooks section to configure endpoints that will receive real-time data from your calls. This is the best way to act on information your agent collects.
  • API (Coming Soon): We are working on a REST API to give you even more control over your agents and data.

You’re now ready to start receiving calls! Monitor your call logs in the dashboard to see your agent in action.
