No. Every price is yours to type in. The picker adds a line item with a sensible starting price, but you change it to whatever you charge. The quote is your figures from top to bottom, so it always matches your pricing.
Can I add my own line items like a filter or a flush? +
Yes. Add as many line items as the job needs - magnetic filter, power flush, new flue, extra pipework, smart controls, scaffolding, anything. Set the quantity and unit price on each, and the total updates with the VAT line.
Does it handle VAT? +
The quote includes a VAT line so the total reads correctly to the customer. Set it to your rate, or remove it if you are not VAT registered. Check the current rate for boiler and energy-saving work against your own accountant or HMRC guidance before you send.
Can I put my company details and logo on it? +
