For Irish customers, our privacy policy applies EU GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 as far as they apply to us, and complaints go to the Data Protection Commission. Jodie AI Limited is registered with the UK ICO (ZB977748) and acts as your processor under our data processing addendum. Recordings and transcripts are processed in Ireland and the United States with transfer safeguards, and you can switch either off.
