- Own a portfolio of business customers, with clear success plans, useful check-ins and an accurate renewal forecast.
- Use activation, call quality and product usage to spot risk early and agree a practical recovery plan.
- Grow accounts through the right locations, workflows and integrations, with a clear business case for every recommendation.
- Bring recurring customer problems to product and engineering, and close the loop when they are solved.
What you'll bring
- Evidence of retaining and growing a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue customer portfolio.
- Confidence discussing commercial terms and explaining technical products in everyday language.
- Sound judgement with account data, CRM hygiene and forecasting.
- An ability to earn trust with busy business owners and follow through on difficult conversations.
Useful, but not essential
Experience with small businesses, multi-location accounts, telephony or CRM integrations.
You don't need a particular degree or every nice-to-have. Show us the relevant work you've done and how you think.
Your first 90 days
A starting point we'll shape together, with clear priorities and support.
- By day 30
Learn the product, listen to customer calls and map the health of your initial accounts.
- By day 60
Take ownership of account plans, renewals and the highest-priority customer risks.
- By day 90
Show progress on adoption and retention, with a credible expansion pipeline and a dependable forecast.
Where and when you'll work
Full-time, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Work primarily from our London HQ during UK business hours. Discuss any flexibility you need at the first conversation.
Tell us your location and whether you need visa sponsorship when you apply. We will discuss feasibility early; sponsorship and relocation support are not guaranteed.
What you'll earn
Annual base salary, before tax
Total annual on-target earnings (base + commission)
Where you sit in the range reflects the scope you can own and the relevant skills you bring. We discuss this early, using the published band rather than your previous salary.
On-target earnings (OTE) are total earnings at 100% of target, not guaranteed pay. We explain targets, ramp-up, commission rates and payment timing before you accept an offer.
The benefits
Pay worth moving for
A published salary range for every role. Sales roles show base pay and on-target earnings separately, so you know exactly what you are considering.
Proper time off
30 days of paid annual leave, plus the public holidays where you work. Time to switch off, come back fresh and have a life outside work.
Keep getting better
A GBP 2,000 annual learning budget, or local-currency equivalent, for useful courses, books and conferences. Build skills you can put to work.
Tools that do the job
A company laptop, the software you need and a suitable workspace setup. Remote roles include support getting your home workspace ready.
Support for your future
A 5% employer pension contribution for UK employees. Regional retirement contributions and benefits are set out in your local offer.
Room to make a difference
Own meaningful work, speak directly with the people making decisions and see your ideas reach customers. Clear priorities and useful feedback.
The package above is for full-time employees. Local eligibility and benefit differences will be set out in your offer. Statutory entitlements apply in the country where you are employed.
A clear, practical hiring process
- A first conversation. Talk about your experience, the work, location and compensation.
- A look at how you work. Talk through an anonymised account scenario and how you would approach a renewal at risk. We'll share the format and expected time beforehand.
- Meet the team. Discuss the way we'd work together, ask your questions and review next steps.
We use role-related evidence to make decisions. Please don't share confidential work or customer information. Tell us if an adjustment would help you show your strengths.
