How to forward calls on 2degrees
2degrees doesn't publish call diversion codes for its mobiles: you set it up in your phone's call forwarding settings. For a Home Phone Plus landline, you set diversions online in Your2degrees.

Set this up in your phone's settings:
- Open your phone's call settings and go to Call forwarding. The all-calls option may be called Divert All.
- Choose whether to divert every call or only the ones you don't answer.
- Enter the number calls should go to. 2degrees writes its voicemail divert number in +64 form (+64 22 202 2000), so use that form too.
- Turn it on and wait for your phone to confirm.

What to know about call diversion on 2degrees
Sending calls back to voicemail
To send every call to voicemail, divert all calls to +64 22 202 2000. Voicemail itself is free on 2degrees Pay Monthly, Prepay and Business Choice plans.
Diverting to voicemail while overseas
If you keep a no-answer divert to voicemail on while roaming, 2degrees charges you twice for each missed call: once for the call coming in to your phone and again for the call going on to voicemail.
Landline on Your Mobile
2degrees also offers Landline on Your Mobile, which sends calls to your landline number straight to your mobile. 2degrees says you won't pay call forwarding fees with it, unlike a Home Phone Plus divert to a mobile, which is charged at standard mobile calling rates.
Divert calls from your phone's settings
Use the phone settings supported by your plan. The menu names vary by device. The iPhone Call Forwarding switch sends every call on, so your phone will not ring first.
iPhone
- Open Settings, then Apps, then Phone (on older iOS, Settings then Phone).
- Tap Call Forwarding and switch it on. If you use two SIMs, choose your business line first.
- Tap Forward To and enter the number calls should go to.
- Go back. A forwarding icon shows in the status bar while it is on.
Android
- Open the Phone app, tap the three-dot menu, then Settings.
- Tap Calls (or Supplementary services, depending on the phone), then Call forwarding.
- Choose When unanswered so your phone rings first and only missed calls move on.
- Enter the number, tap Turn on, and pick the right SIM if asked.
