No. Every price is yours to type in. The picker adds a line item with a sensible starting price, but you change it to whatever you charge. The quote is your figures from top to bottom, so it always matches your pricing.
Can I add my own line items like a permit or disposal? +
Yes. Add as many line items as the job needs - permit and inspection, removal and disposal of the old unit, new ductwork, a line set, an electrical upgrade, a thermostat, a surge protector, anything. Set the quantity and unit price on each, and the total updates with the tax line.
Does it handle sales tax? +
The quote can show a sales tax line so the total reads correctly to the homeowner. Whether HVAC work is taxed depends on your state and the kind of work, and many services are not taxed. Switch tax on and set your rate if it applies, or leave it off. Check your own state rules or your accountant before you send.
Can I put my company details and logo on it? +
