Q: Is this the same as missed call text back?

No. A missed call text back goes out because nobody answered. Jodie answers the call first, takes the details, then texts the caller to confirm.

Q: Can I write my own message?

Yes. Choose custom message and write up to 143 characters, which leaves room for the sign-off in one SMS. Jodie sends it after every call.

Q: Who receives the text?

The caller, if they called from an Australian mobile. If they called from a landline, Jodie uses the mobile number they gave her on the call.
