He is the founder of a SaaS group whose platforms handle bookings, scheduling, invoicing, and payments for businesses around the world, and earlier held senior technology roles, including leading technology and ecommerce for a B2B retailer. He started out as a Microsoft-certified engineer and has been shipping production software ever since.
