US Mobile call forwarding codes
US Mobile's codes depend on your network. On Warp, dial *72 and the number to forward every call and *73 to stop. For calls you don't answer, dial **61*, the number and # on Light Speed, or *61*, the number and # on Dark Star.

How to forward calls on US Mobile

Check when calls will forward
This code sends calls you do not answer to the destination number.

Dial the code
From your US Mobile cell phone, dial *71NUMBER, replacing NUMBER with the number calls should go to.

Check the result
Follow any prompts on your phone. If the request is rejected, check the instructions for your service before trying again.

Test it
Ring your number from another phone without answering it. Check that the destination receives the call. To turn it off later, dial *73.

What to know about call forwarding on US Mobile
Which network is your line on?
US Mobile lets you choose between three networks: Warp runs on Verizon towers, Light Speed on T-Mobile towers and Dark Star on AT&T towers. The forwarding codes are different on each, so use the tab for the network your line is on.
Busy, unanswered and unreachable
US Mobile lists *71 on Warp as forward when busy. Warp runs on Verizon, where *71 also forwards calls you don't answer. For Light Speed, US Mobile lists **62* under forward when busy, but on T-Mobile's network **62* forwards calls when your phone is off or out of signal. US Mobile does not publish a separate busy code for Light Speed.
Turning it off on Dark Star
For Dark Star, US Mobile lists one code to cancel forwarding, #21#. It does not list separate off codes for the no-answer, busy and unreachable forwarding.
Ring time
Warp lines ring for 30 seconds before going to voicemail, and US Mobile says that can't be changed. On Light Speed and Dark Star, US Mobile publishes codes to set how long the phone rings before voicemail, from 5 to 30 seconds.
Forward calls from your phone's settings
Your phone may also offer call forwarding in its settings, depending on your device and plan. The iPhone Call Forwarding switch sends every call on. Use a supported no-answer option if you want your phone to ring first.
iPhone
- Open Settings, then Apps, then Phone (on older iOS, Settings then Phone).
- Tap Call Forwarding and switch it on. If you use two SIMs, choose your business line first.
- Tap Forward To and enter the number calls should go to.
- Go back. A forwarding icon shows in the status bar while it is on.
Android
- Open the Phone app, tap the three-dot menu, then Settings.
- Tap Calls (or Supplementary services, depending on the phone), then Call forwarding.
- Choose When unanswered so your phone rings first and only missed calls move on.
- Enter the number, tap Turn on, and pick the right SIM if asked.
If the code doesn't work
"Connection problem or invalid MMI code"
The network did not accept the request. Check you have signal, turn off Wi-Fi calling and airplane mode, then dial the code again exactly as shown.
"Setting activation failed" or "unsuccessful"
The network refused the divert. Some plans block diverts to other numbers, and some networks want the number in international form. Check the notes on this page, or set it up in your phone settings instead.
Calls still go to voicemail
Voicemail is itself a divert, and only one can be active for each condition. Setting a new divert replaces the voicemail one. If calls still reach voicemail, cancel all diverts and set yours again.

On Warp, dial *73. On Light Speed, dial ##21# for all-calls forwarding, ##61# for unanswered and ##62# for unreachable. On Dark Star, dial #21#.
Is call forwarding free on US Mobile?
There is no plan fee, and it is included with new activations. Forwarded calls do use airtime according to your plan, even when forwarded to a landline.
Why don't the call forwarding codes work on my US Mobile line?
The codes differ by network. Warp uses *72 and *71, Light Speed uses **21* and **61*, and Dark Star uses *21* and *61*. Use the codes for the network your line is on.
Can I change how long my US Mobile phone rings?
