Let your Vonage phone ring first
The *72 code has no ring-time option. To choose how long your Vonage phone rings before a call is forwarded, set it up in your Vonage online account: under Features & Settings, then Calling Features, open Call Forwarding, select Edit, pick the number of seconds and enter the number. Saving turns forwarding on.
Forwarding abroad
To forward a Vonage home phone to a number in the UK, India or Mexico, enter the country code and number after *72, without 011.
