How to forward calls on amaysim
amaysim sets up call forwarding in My amaysim or the amaysim app, not with a dial code: go to Settings and enter the number in the Forward calls to box. You can forward to Australian landline and mobile numbers.

Set this up in your amaysim account:
- Log in to My amaysim or open the amaysim app.
- Go to Settings.
- Enter the number you want calls sent to in the Forward calls to box.

What to know about call diversion on amaysim
Using your phone's settings instead
amaysim also accepts forwarding set in your phone's own call settings. If you use them to send calls back to amaysim voicemail, the voicemail number to enter is +61411000321.
Turning voicemail on or off
amaysim says you can turn voicemail on or off in Settings in My amaysim or the app, or by dialling ##002# from your mobile.
