Kogan Mobile call diversion codes
Kogan Mobile plans don't include voice call diverts, so you need the Premier Access Bolt-On first. Then dial **61*, the number, then # to divert calls you don't answer, and 1214 to cancel every diversion.

What to know about call diversion on Kogan Mobile
The Premier Access Bolt-On
Kogan Mobile plans list voice call diverts under what is not included. The Premier Access Bolt-On costs $14.90 and gives you up to $14.90 of credit for extras, including call forwarding within Australia at $0.20 a minute. If you spend the credit on nothing else, that is about 74 minutes of forwarded calls per bolt-on.
Not for forwarding all the time
Kogan's plan terms say its plans are not for you if you plan to continuously forward calls, along with call centre use and auto-dialling. If you want every call on your number to go to another line permanently, check the terms before you rely on it.
Turning diversions off
Kogan Mobile uses its own short numbers to cancel: dial 1213 to cancel the all-calls diversion, or 1214 to cancel every conditional and unconditional diversion at once. The codes to set a diversion are the Vodafone network's, which Kogan Mobile runs on.
Changing the ring time
Kogan publishes a ring time code for voicemail: **61*+61414121000** followed by 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 and #. That code sends unanswered calls to voicemail, and Kogan does not publish a version for a different number.
Divert calls from your phone's settings
Your phone may also offer call forwarding in its settings, depending on your device and plan. The iPhone Call Forwarding switch sends every call on. Use a supported no-answer option if you want your phone to ring first.
iPhone
- Open Settings, then Apps, then Phone (on older iOS, Settings then Phone).
- Tap Call Forwarding and switch it on. If you use two SIMs, choose your business line first.
- Tap Forward To and enter the number calls should go to.
- Go back. A forwarding icon shows in the status bar while it is on.
Android
- Open the Phone app, tap the three-dot menu, then Settings.
- Tap Calls (or Supplementary services, depending on the phone), then Call forwarding.
- Choose When unanswered so your phone rings first and only missed calls move on.
- Enter the number, tap Turn on, and pick the right SIM if asked.
If the code doesn't work
"Connection problem or invalid MMI code"
The network did not accept the request. Check you have signal, turn off Wi-Fi calling and aeroplane mode, then dial the code again exactly as shown.
"Setting activation failed" or "unsuccessful"
The network refused the divert. Some plans block diverts to other numbers, and some networks want the number in international form. Check the notes on this page, or set it up in your phone settings instead.
Calls still go to voicemail
Voicemail is itself a divert, and only one can be active for each condition. Setting a new divert replaces the voicemail one. If calls still reach voicemail, cancel all diverts and set yours again.
