What to know about call diversion on Southern Phone
Copy the published home-phone sequence
Southern Phone writes *21, *24 or *61 immediately before the destination, with # at the end. Its home-phone guide does not put an extra star between the prefix and the number. If the line rejects this sequence, ask support rather than borrowing a mobile code.
