How to forward calls on Andrews & Arnold
Configure incoming calls on the A&A Control Pages by adding another number as an Also Ring target. Each target can have a delay of up to 30 seconds.
- Set on the Control Pages
- Up to 10 Also Ring numbers
- Delay of 0 to 30 seconds
Set this up in your Andrews & Arnold account:
- Log in to the A&A Control Pages and open the edit page for your number.
- Add the number calls should go to as an Also Ring target. It can be a mobile, a landline or an international number.
- Choose any target delays carefully: the Delay option on the Incoming tab delays your SIP phone, so the Also Ring number rings first.
- Save, then ring your number from another phone to check both ring as expected.

- Cost: A&A charges the forwarded leg the same as if you had dialled that number from your account.
What to know about call divert on Andrews & Arnold
Also Ring is not a plain divert
A&A can ring multiple targets, each with an optional delay. The Incoming-tab Delay option specifically delays the SIP phone while the Also Ring number rings first; it requires at least one Also Ring target.
Watch out for voicemail
A&A can't tell a call being answered by a person from one picked up by voicemail on the other number. If the Also Ring target is a mobile with voicemail on, voicemail may answer calls unexpectedly, so turn it off on that number.

A&A charges the call to the Also Ring number as if you had dialled it normally from your account.
Is there a star code to divert calls on A&A?
A&A does not publish one. Incoming call routing, including Also Ring, is set on the Control Pages.
