How to divert calls on Gigaclear
Gigaclear doesn't publish dial codes for diverting calls. Call divert is an included Home Phone feature, and you switch it on in the Home Phone Set up section of the Gigaclear Customer Portal.

Set this up in your Gigaclear account:
- Log in to the Gigaclear Customer Portal at myaccount.gigaclear.com.
- Open the Home Phone Set up section.
- Find call divert in that section. Follow the options shown, or ask Gigaclear for help setting the destination number.
- Ring your home number from another phone to check the call arrives. If you get stuck, Gigaclear Home Phone help is on 01865 968 646.

What the portal controls
The Home Phone Set up section is where Gigaclear customers enable or disable the included features: call divert, voicemail, call blocking and premium number call barring. It also shows your itemised outgoing calls under My Call Summary.
Power cuts
Gigaclear Home Phone runs through a phone adaptor connected to your fibre box, so it needs power. Gigaclear sells a Battery Backup Unit that keeps it running for at least an hour.
