How to forward calls on CircleLoop
Forward CircleLoop calls in Settings > Calls > Redirect to another number. Use call rules for missed calls; device redirects ring alongside the app.
- Set up in your account
- Forward to an external number
Set this up in your CircleLoop account:
- In the CircleLoop app, open Settings > Calls.
- Choose Redirect to another number, enter the destination and set the delay. On mobile, use the clock icon to choose the delay.
- Check that the number is assigned to you. Team and Menu numbers use their own administrator routing rules.
- Test the redirect. To stop it, choose another Calls option: Keep ringing on mobile, or an option such as Ask to leave a voicemail on desktop.
What to know about call divert on CircleLoop
Device redirects are different
Adding a number in Settings > Devices > Add Device makes it ring alongside your apps. Use the Calls settings for unanswered-call redirects.
Check the announcement setting
Announce calls asks the receiver to press 1. CircleLoop recommends disabling this for an answering service that cannot respond to that prompt.

How do I stop a CircleLoop call redirect?
Choose a different option in Settings > Calls. The mobile guide uses Keep ringing; on desktop you can choose Ask to leave a voicemail.
Why is my team number ignoring my redirect?
