How to forward calls on Dialpad
Add a Dialpad forwarding number in Your Settings > Your Devices. Verify it by answering a call and pressing 1; it then rings alongside your Dialpad app.

- Up to five forwarding numbers
Set this up in your Dialpad account:
- Open Your Settings > Your Devices.
- Choose Add New > Add a forwarding number, enter the number and select Verify.
- Answer the verification call and press 1.
- Review Advanced Settings, including the press-1 prompt for forwarded calls. Select Save Changes, then make a test call.
What to know about call divert on Dialpad
It rings alongside Dialpad
A forwarding number rings at the same time as your personal Dialpad number. This setup is not an unanswered-calls-only divert.
Using an answering service
The number must first accept Dialpad's verification call. In Advanced Settings, review Answer forwarded calls: the press-1 check can stop an automated receiver from accepting a call.
