How to forward calls on Gamma Horizon
Set Gamma Horizon call forwarding in the user portal. Choose Call Forwarding Inactive on the dashboard, enter a destination, then click Activate.

Set this up in your Gamma Horizon account:
- Sign in to the Horizon user portal.
- On the dashboard, open the dropdown showing Call Forwarding Inactive.
- Enter the destination number and update the field.
- Click Activate and test a call. For missed calls only, open Call Setup > Incoming Call Handling and configure the no-answer action.
What to know about call divert on Gamma Horizon
Different rules for busy or unanswered calls
Open Call Setup > Incoming Call Handling to set a destination when you are busy, do not answer after a chosen number of rings, or are unreachable. Save changes there. Profiles offer another way to change call routing with your status.

Can Horizon send all calls to another number?
Yes. Enter the destination in the dashboard call forwarding field and click Activate.
Can my Horizon phone ring first?
Yes. In Call Setup > Incoming Call Handling, set a destination for when you do not answer after your chosen number of rings.
