How to forward calls on Microsoft Teams Phone
Forward Teams Phone calls in Settings > Calls > Call handling and forwarding. Choose a new number, or set a different action for unanswered calls.
- Requires a voice licence

Set this up in your Microsoft Teams Phone account:
- In Teams, open Settings and more > Settings > Calls.
- Under Call handling and forwarding, choose how incoming calls should be handled.
- Select a new number as the destination. Review unanswered-call handling if you want your phone to ring first.
- Test the setting. To stop forwarding and simultaneous ringing, choose Don't forward from the Calls app quick menu.

Missing forwarding options
Microsoft says the forwarding controls may be absent without the required voice licence. Licence changes can take up to 24 hours to appear.

The quick menu can display Forward to even when Also ring is configured. Check When you receive a call in Settings to distinguish forwarding from simultaneous ringing.
