How to forward calls on Soho66
Forward Soho66 calls in Your Numbers > Routing Wizard. Choose internal/external destinations, enter each full number on its own line and check credit.

Set this up in your Soho66 account:
- Sign in to Soho66, open Your Numbers and choose the number to divert.
- Click Routing Wizard.
- Choose Send the call to one or more internal/external destinations. Enter each full destination number on a separate line.
- Choose the final action, such as voicemail or hang up. Check you have credit or Direct Debit set up, then test.
What to know about call divert on Soho66
Call Delivery Assurance
This option asks the receiver to press 1, helping keep calls out of a mobile's voicemail. Check whether your answering service can handle the prompt before enabling it.
The number shown on the destination phone
Caller ID To Present can substitute one of your account numbers for the caller's number. Connection Whisper plays a recording when the receiver answers.
