How to forward calls on Telavox
Manage Telavox forwarding in Settings > Profiles. Choose a profile and adjust incoming-call handling; the active profile controls how calls reach you.
- Rules belong to a profile
- Check fixed and mobile routing
Set this up in your Telavox account:
- In the Telavox app, open Settings > Profiles.
- Choose an existing profile or Create new profile.
- Review Incoming calls and set how calls should be handled for that profile. Ask your administrator if the required destination option is unavailable.
- Activate the profile and test calls to your fixed number. Review mobile-number handling separately.
Forwarding options and limits
- Telavox recommends profiles for forwarding. Confirm the destination setting with your administrator if it is not available in your profile.
What to know about call divert on Telavox
Profiles control more than availability
The Available status controls what colleagues see; it does not itself determine incoming-call routing. Check the profile's Incoming calls settings.
Fixed and mobile numbers can behave differently
Telavox recommends profile settings over feature codes. Its forwarding-code guide applies to fixed numbers; mobile numbers must be configured to follow fixed-number handling.
Telavox call divert questions
Where are Telavox forwarding settings?
Start with Settings > Profiles and edit the profile's Incoming calls settings.
Can I give a profile an end time?
Yes. Use the clock next to the profile to choose when it ends.
Does making a Telavox profile unavailable divert calls?
Not by itself. Status visibility and incoming-call handling are separate settings.
