How to divert calls on Three
Three doesn't publish call divert codes. You turn diverts on in your phone's call settings under Call forwarding.

Set this up in your phone's settings:
- Open your phone's call settings and find Call forwarding.
- Choose when calls should divert. When unanswered lets your phone ring first; Always sends every call on straight away.
- Enter the number calls should go to and turn the divert on.
- Ring your number from another phone to check it works, and switch the divert off in the same menu when you no longer need it.

Why there are no codes on this page
Three's device guides have a page for setting up call diverts with codes, and it only says to contact Three for information. Rather than guess a code, set the divert from your phone's settings, or ask Three if you need a divert your phone's menu can't set.
Getting voicemail back
Three voicemail is on 123, or +44 7782 333 123 from abroad. If voicemail is not picking up after you switch a divert off, call 123 from your phone to switch it on again.
Divert calls from your phone's settings
Use the phone settings supported by your plan. The menu names vary by device. The iPhone Call Forwarding switch sends every call on, so your phone will not ring first.
iPhone
- Open Settings, then Apps, then Phone (on older iOS, Settings then Phone).
- Tap Call Forwarding and switch it on. If you use two SIMs, choose your business line first.
- Tap Forward To and enter the number calls should go to.
- Go back. A forwarding icon shows in the status bar while it is on.
Android
- Open the Phone app, tap the three-dot menu, then Settings.
- Tap Calls (or Supplementary services, depending on the phone), then Call forwarding.
- Choose When unanswered so your phone rings first and only missed calls move on.
- Enter the number, tap Turn on, and pick the right SIM if asked.
