How to forward calls on Yay.com
Forward Yay.com calls in Voice > Inbound Settings > Routing. Add a call route, choose Send to Users/Forward Call and assign it to your phone number.

Set this up in your Yay.com account:
- Open Voice > Inbound Settings > Routing and choose Add Call Route.
- Name the route and add the Send to Users/Forward Call module.
- Enter the external number under Send Call To and click + to add it.
- Use View all numbers to select the numbers that should use the route, then click Add Route.

Assign the route to a number
A route needs a number assigned before it handles calls. Check Voice > My Numbers: the Routing column should show the new route.
Schedules use a Time Diary
An assigned call route applies all day. Use a Time Diary if different routes should apply at different times.
