How to divert calls on a Wavenet mobile
Wavenet doesn't publish instructions or codes for diverting calls on its business mobiles. Its SIMs can run on any of the big UK networks, so ask Wavenet which one your line uses and how to set up a divert on it.

Ask Wavenet whether call forwarding is available on your line:
- Contact Wavenet, or your Wavenet account manager, and ask for call divert on your mobile line.
- Ask which network your SIM runs on, since the codes and limits for diverts depend on the network.
- Ask them to divert unanswered calls to the number you want, and how long the phone rings first.
- Ask whether diverted calls cost extra or come out of your bundle.
What to know about call divert on Wavenet
Which network your SIM is on
Wavenet works with Vodafone, EE, Three and O2, and offers multi-network SIMs, so two Wavenet phones may not be on the same network. Divert codes differ between networks, which is why it pays to ask Wavenet which one yours uses before you dial anything.
The mobile customer portal
Wavenet's mobile customer portal lets you manage SIMs, spend caps, roaming and service bars. Call diverts are not in its published feature list. Ask Wavenet whether your account offers that setting.
Teams calling is separate
If your business uses Wavenet's Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams, calls to those numbers can be diverted from inside Teams. That applies to Teams numbers, not to a Wavenet mobile SIM.
