How to forward calls on Dialpad
Dialpad has no dial code for call forwarding. Go to Your Settings, then Your Devices, add a forwarding number, and verify it by answering Dialpad's call and pressing 1. The number then rings together with your Dialpad number.

Set this up in your Dialpad account:
- In Dialpad, go to Your Settings, then Your Devices.
- Select Add New, then Add a forwarding number, and enter the number.
- Select Verify. Dialpad calls that number: answer the call and press 1 to verify it.
- Under Advanced Settings, choose the caller ID you see on forwarded calls and turn the press 1 prompt for forwarded calls on or off.

What to know about call forwarding on Dialpad
The press 1 prompt on forwarded calls
Dialpad can ask whoever picks up a forwarded call to press 1 before it connects. Dialpad uses this so calls end up in Dialpad and not in your cell phone's voicemail. If the number you forward to can't press 1, such as an answering service, turn the prompt off under Advanced Settings.
