How to forward calls on Quo (OpenPhone)
OpenPhone is now Quo. In the call flow builder, choose Forward all calls, enter the destination number, create the flow and click Enable this call flow.
- US and Canadian destinations
- Set up on web or desktop
- Restore the default flow to stop
Set this up in your Quo (OpenPhone) account:
- On web or desktop, open Settings, then Workspace, Phone numbers, and select your number.
- Under Call flow, click Edit call flow.
- Open the Default call flow dropdown and select Forward all calls. Enter the destination and click Create new call flow.
- Click Enable this call flow and check for the Live indicator.
Forwarding options and limits
- Forwarding destinations must be US or Canadian numbers.
What to know about call forwarding on Quo (OpenPhone)
Turn forwarding off
Choose Default call flow in the dropdown and click Enable this call flow. This restores your normal routing.
Forward only missed or after-hours calls
Add a Forward call step after Ring users for a fallback, or after a Business hours condition for out-of-hours routing. Enable the finished flow to make it live.
Features after an external forward
Quo cannot record or transcribe a call after it leaves the workspace. The external destination handles unanswered calls and voicemail.

Is OpenPhone now called Quo?
Yes. Quo is the current name; the forwarding settings are in its call flow builder.
Can Quo forward to an international number?
Quo currently supports forwarding only to US and Canadian numbers.
How do I stop Quo call forwarding?
Choose Default call flow and click Enable this call flow to restore normal routing.
Will forwarded calls appear in my Quo voicemail?
External destinations handle voicemail for forwarded calls. Those messages do not appear in the Quo inbox.
