How to forward calls on FreedomVoice
Set FreedomVoice call forwarding in WebLink, under Settings, Call Delivery and Call Forwarding. Choose the extension, add the number and save.

Set this up in your FreedomVoice account:
- Sign in to weblink.freedomvoice.com and open Settings.
- Under Call Delivery, select Call Forwarding.
- Choose the extension in Mailbox, click Add and enter the phone number.
- Use Add Call Time if you want a schedule, then click Save.
What to know about call forwarding on FreedomVoice
Skip the auto attendant
To send every caller straight to the default extension, open Settings and System Defaults, turn Immediate Call Forwarding on and save. First check that the default mailbox has the intended forwarding numbers.
More than one destination
WebLink lets you add several forwarding entries and change their order with the Move arrows. If no forwarding number answers, the call goes to the extension voicemail.
