How to forward calls on Zoom Phone
In the Zoom web portal, open Zoom Phone, Settings and Call Handling. Click Add Phone Number to add your forwarding destination.

Set this up in your Zoom Phone account:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal and open Zoom Phone, then Settings.
- In Business Hours or Closed Hours, click Edit beside Call Handling.
- Click Add Phone Number, choose its country or region, enter the number and save.
- Review Require to press 1 before connecting the call and the ringing order. Save your call handling settings.

The press-1 prompt is on by default. It can be disabled for calls outside call queues.
Turning forwarding off
Edit Call Handling again and remove the external number. Check each hours schedule you changed.
