What to know about call divert on KCOM
What a diverted call costs
KCOM charges you for the leg of the call from your line to the new number every time a call is diverted. If you normally pay a certain rate to call a mobile from your landline, you pay that rate for each call diverted to a mobile.
Check the new number can take calls
KCOM says to make sure the number you divert to can handle the calls, otherwise the divert may fail. You can still make outgoing calls from your landline while a divert is on.
