To divert calls you don't answer on your Sky home phone, dial *61*, the number, then #. Use *21* instead to divert every call, and dial #61# or #21# to switch it off.

- Cost: Call Diversion is an optional extra at £2.50 a month. You pay for the diverted part of each call at the standard Sky Talk rate for the type of number you divert to, such as a mobile. The caller pays for a normal UK landline call.

This code sends calls you do not answer to the destination number.

Dial the code
From your Sky landline, dial *61*NUMBER#, replacing NUMBER with the number calls should go to.

Check the result
Follow any prompts on your phone. If the request is rejected, check the instructions for your service before trying again.

Test it
Ring your number from another phone without answering it. Check that the destination receives the call. To turn it off later, dial #61#.

Sky Talk and Sky Internet Calls
This page covers Sky's home phone. The codes work on any Sky Talk line, including Sky Internet Calls, Sky's digital home phone. Sky says its call features are the same for all Sky Talk customers.
How you know it worked
After you press # you hear a confirmation message, then a high-pitched tone. To see which number calls are going to, dial *#21#, *#61# or *#67# for the divert you set.
